SOUND STORIES are special themed events where people can explore the different flows and elements of movement together as a group, connecting and interacting with each other to create a common story. It is all about RELATIONSHIP and CONNECTION.
The music acts as a soundscape that helps develop the theme. VIDEO PROJECTIONS Participants become a CANVAS for the artwork to come alive with the dance movements!

CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
Movement Flows
MOVEMENT FLOWS are the core of Chroma Movement. These are the technical skills that can be developed, individually, in partnership and collectively with respect to movement possibilities. The "flows" address the different bodies, (physical, mental, emotional) providing an understanding of how energy moves within and what possibilities of exploration exist. The flows help unlock bottled up energy and bring about healing possibilities. Each flow is designed to address specific aspects of the self and the collective.
